LOCKPORT – A woman and a man from Niagara Falls accepted plea offers in separate felony drug cases Thursday in Niagara County Court.

Rashi K. Perry, 28, of South Avenue, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance in exchange for a promise that she will be sent to the state prison system’s secure drug treatment facility when she returns before County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas Feb. 26. Perry sold crack cocaine to a police informant in the Falls April 3.

Meanwhile, Zain Salleh, 23, of Pierce Avenue, admitted to a reduced charge of attempted fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and agreed to forfeit $1,083 seized by police, along with 0.38 ounces of oxymorphone, when he was arrested Feb. 1. Farkas scheduled sentencing for Feb. 28 and told Salleh he will either serve a year in the County Jail or be assigned to the state prison system’s boot camp-style “shock incarceration” program.
