Mark Robertson and Danielle Barton are the latest defendants in a Niagara County drug case to get sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny.

Robertson, 41, of Lockport, was sentenced to 6 months of electronic monitoring for his conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin conviction.

Barton, 31, formerly of League City, Texas, was sentenced to nine months in prison for conspiracy to commit money laundering.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Mary Catherine Baumgarten said 22 of the 24 defendants charged in connection with the investigation have been convicted.

The investigation involved the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Niagara County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force.
