LOCKPORT – A Cottage Street man was arraigned in Niagara County Court Monday on an indictment accusing him of making three cocaine sales in the city earlier this year.

Terry E. Tennyson, 30, pleaded not guilty to three counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. The alleged drug deals occurred Feb. 20, March 7 and April 22.
