Cecelia M. Raine was named president and chief strategist at Claims Recovery Financial Services, a claims processing services company based in Albion. Raine was senior vice president for strategy and business development for Florida-based Lender Processing Services, and she has more than 28 years of mortgage banking experience. Raine is the first person to hold the title of president at CRFS.
