A Lockport man was sentenced Tuesday to three years of probation with three months of electronic monitoring on his conviction to possessing and distributing cocaine and cocaine base.
Torano Spencer, 37, distributed the drugs in the Lockport area between July 2009 and August 2010, U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr. said. His supplier was identified as a co-defendant, Eric Williams. Spencer was one of 22 people convicted in the case.
U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny imposed the sentence.
