Sabres go back to skating school

With no game until Thursday it was back to Sabres Skating School at First Niagara Center Monday morning.

The team worked with skating coach Dawn Braid for about 45 minutes before going back on the ice for another 45 minutes of practice, complete with conditioning to close out the session.

"I told the team today we're all creatures of habit," interim coach Ted Nolan said. "We've got to change some things."

Alexander Sulzer did not practice, Nolan said it was a maintenance day, while Cody McCormick is ready to return to the lineup.

Ehrhoff, McBain, McNabb, Myers, Pysyk, Tallinder, Weber
