Man charged with disruption at Shoreline Apartments

A 49-year-old Niagara Street man was arrested at the Shoreline Apartments office, 200 Niagara St., at 12:30 p.m. Friday for allegedly threatening staffers and damaging the eyeglasses of one of the workers.

Sammy Sattler was charged with criminal mischief and harassment. Employees told police he walked in and was loud and threatening and pushed one worker whose eyeglasses fell to the floor. Sattler also allegedly threw a chair around. Police said the motive for his actions is not known.
