Reckless driving leads to further charges in Falls

NIAGARA FALLS – A Niagara Falls woman was charged with driving while intoxicated by drugs following a stop by Niagara Falls police on Tuesday afternoon.

Maureen A. Gonzalez, 43, of 69th Street was stopped just before 5 p.m. in the 2700 block of Pine Avenue for alleged reckless driving, failure to keep right and making an unsafe lane change. After questioning, police further charged her with driving while intoxicated by drugs and failure to wear a seat belt.
