Western lowland gorillas, reptiles and amphibians will be the stars of Zooper Saturday at the Buffalo Zoo this weekend.

Keeper talks, animal enrichment and face-painting will take place in the gorilla exhibit from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, including a feeding at noon. From 1 to 3 p.m., the focus shifts to the reptile house, where there will be a talk by the venomous snake keeper and an encounter with a spiny-tailed lizard, Venus the Uromastyx.

Zooper Saturday events are included in zoo admission. For information, call 995-6133 or visit www.buffalo.zoo.org.
