Cambria man indicted on marijuana growing charges

LOCKPORT – A Cambria man pleaded not guilty Friday in Niagara County Court to an indictment accusing him of growing marijuana in his garage.

Eric V. Wisor, 51, of Ridge Road, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis.

The county Drug Task Force arrested him April 8 after a raid allegedly uncovered 48 pot plants in his unattached garage. Wisor remains free on his own recognizance.
