LOCKPORT – Two Town of Lockport residents and a Niagara Falls woman pleaded not guilty to felony drug indictments Thursday.

In State Supreme Court, Carmelo J. Fiorello, 35, of Maplewood Drive, Lockport, denied two counts each of fourth-degree sale and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. He allegedly sold a mixture of hydrocodone and acetaminophen to a police informant in Lockport June 5 and 24.

In Niagara County Court, Brandi Cuillo, 30, of Robinson Road, Lockport, pleaded not guilty to three counts of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. She was accused of selling oxycodone and morphine pills June 20, and morphine pills alone five days later, both in the Town of Lockport.

Also in County Court, Melania J. Birjukow, 20, of Livingston Avenue, Niagara Falls, denied charges of third and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arrested in an April 20 drug raid at another residence, in which police accused her of having ,13 ounces of oxymorphone.
