The Grand Island Central School District wants students to dress for success, and that means no pajama bottoms, hats, spaghetti straps or anything skimpy.
“This is an institution of learning and we ask that everyone be mindful of safety and learning when selecting an outfit,” said Teresa Lawrence, superintendent of schools, in a release.
Students received a brochure outlining the district’s dress code which is also available online at www.k12.ginet.org by searching “code of conduct.”
