NIAGARA FALLS – A Niagara Falls man told police he was punched in the chest and robbed as he walked on Robbins Drive at Hyde Park at 10:30 a.m. Monday.

The 22-year-old victim said a man he knows attacked him near the Veterans Monument and he blacked out briefly. The attacker stole his cell phone and $20.

The victim, who was able to walk to a police station, told officers he and the attacker had previopus disputes. An investigation is under way.
