LOCKPORT – A Lockport man could faces life in prison if convicted on charges of predatory sexual assault against a child.

Clayton J. Kelkenberg, 33, of North Transit Street, pleaded not guilty in State Supreme Court to that charge, first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child and second-degree criminal sexual act. The indictment against him was unsealed Monday.

Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth R. Donatello said Kelkenberg molested a child younger than 13 for five years, beginning in 2008.
