LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man who collected $2,080 in unemployment benefits while he was working was granted a conditional discharge Tuesday by Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III.

Christian M. Ham, 25, of Fairfield Avenue, had repaid the money to the state since his Aug. 27 guilty plea to petit larceny.

Murphy ordered Ham to serve 20 days in the county work program by March 1. He was working at Foot Locker and First Source Advantage while collecting jobless benefits between July 2009 and May 2010.
