New Wyoming County jail inmate charged with trying to smuggle pot, smoking bowl

WARSAW – A 19-year-old Perry man was charged with promoting prison contraband within hours of his arrest early Sunday morning.

While being processed to enter Wyoming County Jail at about 6:45 a.m., Cainen P. Lisena, was found to have a smoking bowl with suspected marijuana residue hidden inside his underwear. Jail officials also found pot in his mouth.

Lisena now faces a Warsaw Village Court proceeding on the prison contraband charged at 5 p.m. Nov. 17.

Officials did not say what he was originally arrested for.
