Buffalo fire marshals are trying to determine the cause of a fire that caused an estimated $50,000 worth of damage early today to a vacant building at 754 Broadway.

Flames broke out shortly before 3:30 a.m. and firefighters who responded found the building “fully involved” in flame, the Buffalo Fire Department said. There were no injuries.

Fire marshals are also seeking the cause of a fire that left an estimated $40,000 damages to a home at 170 Sumner Place, near the intersection of Bailey and Walden avenues, about 9 p.m. Saturday. No injuries were reported.
