First Niagara Commercial Finance, the asset-based lending arm of First Niagara Financial Group, appointed Keith Broyles national director of new business development. Broyles will work out of First Niagara Commercial Finance headquarters in Dedham, Mass. Most recently, Broyles held a senior position with Sovereign Bank’s ABL business based in Boston,. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.


The Western New York Collaborative Law Professionals, a group of attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial specialists that help couples navigate the divorce process, named its new slate of officers: president, Adrienne Rothstein Grace; vice president, Shari DeLisle; treasurer, Susan B. Collins; and secretary, Jennifer Jurek. Board members: Michelle Bullock, Christina Shine, Steven R. Sugarman, Jeffrey P. Markello, John E. Northman, Paul D. Pearson, Michael Songin and Daniel Sperazza.


Sean Doyle, senior property manager at McGuire Development, earned the designation of Real Property Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Doyle has been employed by McGuire Development since May 2012.

Rosina Food Products is celebrating 50 years in business in Western New York. The family-owned business has two production facilities that make more than 100 different frozen specialty products that are sold nationally and internationally. It was founded by James Corigliano.


The Podge, 10205 Main St., Clarence, is celebrating 25 years at its Main Street location by hosting a grand reopening Saturday and Sunday.


The Greater Chautauqua County-Jamestown Airport is welcoming the Tarmac Café, a ’50s-themed café that offers breakfast, lunch and Friday fish fry dinners. The new café tenants, Michelle Johnson and Craig Benson, are also the owners of Brown Bag Gourmet, a catering business that delivers home-cooked meals. A grand opening is scheduled for Tuesday.
