Pennsylvania man stopped with cell phone faces additional drug charges

RIPLEY – Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies stopped a man for operating a cell phone while driving at 9:20 p.m. Saturday on Loomis Street in Ripley, and further investigation turned up smoking pipes and marijuana in the vehicle.

John M. Gibbs II, 22, of Northeast, Pa. was issued appearance tickets for unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while using a cellular phone.
