TOWN OF LOCKPORT – Four convenience store clerks were arrested overnight Thursday as part of an underage drinking operation conducted jointly by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, state police and the state Liquor Authority.

Underage operatives were used to attempt to purchase alcohol at convenience stores throughout the county, with 20 locations checked in total. Successful purchases were made at four sites, resulting in charges of prohibited sales and unlawfully dealing with a child being lodged against the following:

Dawn A. Blair, 32, of Lockport, employed by Kenyon’s on Lincoln Avenue; Kayla M. Knight, 19, of Lockport, employed by Manning’s Corner Store; Russell G. Stewart !!, 29, of Niagara Falls, employed by the Hyde Park Mini Mart, Niagara Falls; and Donald B. Snell, 68, of Gasport, employed by Snell’s Service of Gasport.
