WARSAW – A 49-year-old Castile man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies stopped his car because its alarm system had been activated on Route 246 at LaGrange Road in the Town of Perry about 3:20 a.m. Wednesday.

Edward C. Viehdeffer of Mill Street was arrested after deputies found he had five suspended driving charges pending against him. He was released at the scene but ordered to appear in Perry Town Court Nov. 4.
