A 34-year-old motorist whose blood-alcohol content was .19 was arrested this morning in the Town of Clarence, Erie County sheriff’s deputies reported.

Dennis Mazur of West Seneca was pulled over on Main Street at about 1:45 a.m. after he failed to stop at a red light, deputies said. A chemical breath test revealed his BAC was more than twice the legal limit of .08, deputies said.

Mazur, who was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and unspecified vehicle and traffic violations, was released to a third party pending an appearance in Clarence Town Court.
