Neighbor reports burglary, then follows suspects in Boston

Three men face burglary charges after a neighbor reported to authorities a possible burglary in progress in the Town of Boston and then followed the men as they fled from the area, according to Boston-based state police.

State Police received the call about noon Friday regarding the possible burglary on Black Creek Road. The neighbor then followed three young men, who left in a black Kia SUV.

State Police Sgt. Tom Dugan found the suspects’ vehicle on a dirt road off Cole Road in Boston.

Taken into custody were Michael R. Dulski, 22, of Blasdell; Zachary F. McMahon, 19, of Orchard Park; and Jeffrey B. Pusateri, 18, of Lackawanna. All were charged with third-degree burglary and arraigned in Boston Town Court before being remanded to the Erie County Holding Center on $5,000 cash bail.

The Erie County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the arrest.
