Warsaw man jailed after indictment for high speed chase

WARSAW – A 22-year-old Warsaw man was jailed Wednesday after he was indicted by a Wyoming County grand jury on reckless endangerment and other charges linked to a high speed chase Tuesday.

Nathan P. Hulme of Dutton Road, was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail pending further Wyoming County Court proceedings Oct. 21. The chase by Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies began in the Village of Warsaw and continued through most of the county.

Hulme was indicted on felony counts of tampering with evidence and first-degree reckless endangerment, The grand jury also indicted him on misdemeanor counts of unlawful fleeing from a police officer and reckless driving. Hulme also faces speeding charges.
