A 47-year-old member of the Kingsmen Motorcycle Club who was arrested Tuesday in a parking lot on California Road in Orchard Park remained jailed Wednesday in the Erie County Holding Center, according to Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard.
Gregory Willson who lives in Allegany and goes by the name “Nomad” in the gang is part of a continuing drug investigation of the Kingsmen, the sheriff said.
Senior Detective Alan Rozansky, chief of the sheriff’s Narcotics Bureau, said the investigation is being jointly conducted with the Erie County District Attorney’s office but neither he nor the sheriff would comment on the nature of the drug probe.
Willson is being held without bail on felony criminal possession of a controlled substance charges, criminal possession of a loaded firearm and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Rozansky said Willson was carrying a switchblade knife when arrested. As a four-time prior convicted felon, he faces a possible life term if convicted of the felony drug counts, Rozansky said.
