Joseph Kull has been charged in three robberies in the Town of Hamburg.

A Hamburg man was charged in the robberies of a gas station and a convenience store last month, Town Police announced Tuesday.

Joseph Kull, 29, was arrested Monday afternoon after police received “numerous tips” about him, police said in a statment. A search warrant was excuted at his home Monday where investigators found “evidence associated with the robberies,” police said

Kull is charged in connection to two robberies at a Kwik Fill at Southwestern Boulevard at South Park Avenue, the first at Sept. 8 and then again on Sept. 22, as well as a hold-up at a 7-Eleven at Southwestern and Sowles Road on Sept. 20.

Kull was arraigned in Town Court Tuesday and is due back on Oct. 18.
