TOWN OF NIAGARA - A missing girl from the state of Washington spotted Friday in Niagara Falls State Park was found uninjured early this morning in a Town of Niagara home, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.
Just after 1 a.m. Saturday, the sheriff’s office received a report that 15-year-old Amber Sholin may be in a residence in the Town of Niagara.
After a brief investigation, sheriff’s deputies located the girl in the company of a 17-year-old male.
The male was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
They were both taken to the Sheriff’s Office for further interviews.
The Sheriff’s Office on Friday said Sholin may have been in the company of 17-year-old Todd C. Smith. The address of the home where the teen was found was not disclosed.
