NIAGARA FALLS – Assemblyman John D. Ceretto, R-Lewiston, will host a Niagara County tourism forum from 10 a.m. to noon Monday in the Niagara Falls Public Library, 1425 Main St.

The Assembly Minority Economic Development, Education and Infrastructure Task Force will meet to discuss ways to attract more tourists, draw them to local businesses and strengthen current attractions.

Local business owners, public officials and tourism experts will discuss what the state can do to help.

“We have taken a big step toward improving the tourism industry here recently with the Hamister hotel deal, but more needs to be done,” Ceretto said.
