WARSAW – A 31-year-old Village of Pike woman has been charged with second-degree harassment and criminal contempt for allegedly hitting her mother in the head during an argument.

Holli M. Hartman reportedly fled after the incident Saturday and was pursued to the Town of Wethersfield and the Town of Eagle, where she was arrested after it was confirmed her mother had an order of protection against her. She faces proceedings in Pike Village Court and Wethersfield Town Court.
