The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority is holding a free seminar next Wednesday about energy-efficient initiatives to benefit multifamily buildings. The event will bring building owners, property managers, developers and condominium and co-op association board members together with NYSERDA experts.
NYSERDA is promoting its Multifamily Energy Performance Portfolio at the event, which has an 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. session, and a 2 p.m. session for contractors, builders, heating, ventilation and cooling specialists and nonprofit groups interested in expanding their business by becoming a Multifamily Performance Program partner.
