3 suffer minor injuries in Wyoming County crash

WARSAW – A 67-year-old Castile man was ticketed for failing to yield at a stop sign and he and two persons in another vehicle were treated at Wyoming County Community Hospital for minor injuries after a two-car crash at Route 20a and Suckerbrook Road in the Town of Perry about 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

Richard Schroeder Jr. was ticketed and both his car and the car of Katlyn Chenaille, 19, of Perry, were demolished in the crash, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Both drivers and Ernest Borgardus, 21, of Perry, a passenger in the Chenaille vehicle, were treated. Schroeder faces court proceedings in several weeks.
