LOCKPORT – Joshua Hutson, 25, of Ontario Avenue, Niagara Falls, pleaded guilty Friday in Niagara County Court to attacking a woman with a cigarette lighter on April 21.

It was one of three domestic violence incidents with the same woman for which Hutson had been indicted. The plea to a reduced charge of attempted second-degree assault wrapped up all three cases.

County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas scheduled sentencing for Nov. 1.
