West Seneca woman gets 3 years in prison in cocaine case

A West Seneca woman was sentenced to 3 years in prison Wednesday by Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny.

Caroline Stuchal, 40, had previously been convicted of possession of half a kilogram of cocaine with the intent to distribute.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony M. Bruce said Stuchal was charged after law enforcement officers seized more than 500 grams of cocaine that she admitted her husband, co-defendant Vincent Stuchal, had given her to distribute to customers at a West Seneca bar.

Vincent Stuchal, who was convicted of the same charge in 2012, is awaiting sentencing.
