The Buffalo Niagara Youth Chorus will hold auditions for new singers from grades 3-12 for the 2013-14 season Saturday. Additional auditions will be held for grades 3-7 on Tuesday and Sept. 17 and for grades 8-12 on Wednesday. For more information or to schedule an audition, email


Shakespeare in Delaware Park is seeking two actors to play Romeo and Juliet for the Oct. 10 collaboration with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. Subversive Theatre will hold auditions for “The Shape Of Things” from 1 to 4 p.m. Sept. 14 and 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 15. Two male and two female actors in their 20s are sought. The Holland Community Choir is seeking members for the presentation of “The Light of Christmas.” Rehearsals begin at 6:30 p.m. Sunday in Hope on the Hill Church (10039 Savage Road, Holland).
