“The Great Chicken Wing Hunt”
Screenings: 5:30, 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. Friday; 1:30, 3:30, 5:30, 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday; and 5:30, 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. Tuesday through next Thursday.

The National Buffalo Wing Festival
Where: Coca-Cola Field (275 Washington St.).
When: Noon to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday.
Admission: $5 per day, children 8 and younger are admitted free.
Food: All food must be purchased with tickets, which are $1 each. More than 30 local and national restaurant operations will be selling chicken wings, one ticket per wing. Soft drinks and beer will be available, cash only.
Contests: Cooking contests spice up the entertainment lineup Saturday, with the amateur “creative sauce-off” at 1 p.m. and the traditional sauce competition at 1:30 p.m.
Wing eating contests run both days. The amateur championship is set for 4 p.m. Saturday. The national championship is at 4 p.m. Sunday.
The Bobbing for Wings contest, where people try to remove wings from a kiddie pool of blue cheese dressing without using their hands, is at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
Entertainment: Celebrity chef and travel expert Mark DeCarlo will emcee the fest and present his “Comedy and Cooking Show” at 3 p.m. Sunday. Music both days is by the house band, the Heavenly Chillbillies. Entertainment also includes the Dennis George Original Variety Show and “The Balloon Guy,” Dennis Regling.
