WHEATFIELD – Two Niagara Falls women are accused of the theft of a charity donation container from a local doughnut shop.

Sheriff’s deputies said the two entered the Tim Horton’s outlet on Niagara Road about 2:30 a.m. Friday and distracted an employee before placing the plastic donation container for Camp Good Days into one of their purses. The incident was caught on video surveillance cameras, deputies said.

Charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and petit larceny are Katelyn M. DiFranco, 23, of Porter Road, and Marran K. Light, 20, of Lockport Road.
