LOCKPORT – A North Tonawanda man was arraigned in Niagara County Court Friday on an indictment charging him with making three cocaine sales to a police informant in that city last year.

Patrick E. Powell, 32, of Mead Street, is charged with three counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

The indictment accused him of selling cocaine April 30, May 2 and May 29, 2012. Assistant District Attorney Peter M. Wydysh said in court that audio of all the deals was recorded.
