Bag of medication valued at $2,000 stolen after it was left in a car in the casino parking lot

NIAGARA FALLS – A 58-year-old man told Niagara Falls police that a window was smashed in his vehicle and a duffle bag filled with medication, as well as a laptop, were stolen Monday night while it was parked in the lot at the Seneca Niagara Casino in the 300 block of Sixth Street.

The man said the break-in happened sometime between 6:30 and 8 p.m. Stolen was a brown duffle bag containing assorted medication in their original pill bottles valued at approximately $2,000; a silver laptop, and approximately $150 worth of clothing.

Casino security said the car was parked too far away from security cameras to be seen.
