Concord man with previous DWI conviction charged with felony

A Concord man driving erratically on Route 5 in Lackawanna was pulled over and arrested Monday afternoon for felony driving while intoxicated due to a previous DWI conviction, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Deputies arrested Gary F. Nati, 61, after he failed field sobriety tests, officials said, and he provided a breath sample of .13.

Nati was also charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation because his license was suspended for the previous DWI, authorities said.
