Exigence of TeamHealth appointed Andrea A. Tarshus human resource generalist, Jonathan Gill marketing manager and Chad Houston part-time marketing assistant. Tarshus recently graduated from Albany Law School after earning her bachelor's degree from Marist College. Gill, a Buffalo State College graduate who earned his MBA from Medaille College, has more than 17 years of professional marketing experience. Houston, an MBA candidate at the Richard J. Wehle School of Business at Canisius College, earned his bachelor's degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C.

The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants Foundation of Accounting Education re-elected Patricia A. Johnson to its board of trustees. Johnson, a CPA, is an assistant professor of accounting and program coordinator of the forensic accounting masters at Canisius College.

She joined the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants in 1977 and is chairwoman of its Public Sector Oversight Committee, former chairwoman of the Higher Education Committee and a member of its Not-for-Profit and Anti-Money Laundering committees. She has also been president, president-elect and treasurer of its Buffalo chapter.

Greenman-Pedersen announced that Jonathan Herman has successfully fulfilled the New York State Education Department's education, experience and testing requirements for licensing as a professional engineer.
