"Walk to Wellness," Schofield Adult Wellness Center's walking program, will kick off at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Schofield Adult Wellness Center, 3333 Elmwood Ave., Kenmore. To accomodate people walking at different paces, two people will lead the group, with beginners starting slowly and working their way up. The program will continue each Wednesday through Aug. 8, except for July 4. Walkers may join at any point. Call 995-3851 for information or to register.

The Living Healthy with Kidney Disease support group will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the third-floor conference room in Erie County Medical Center, 462 Grider St. All kidney, dialysis and transplant patients, as well as donor families, living donors and supporters are welcome.
