The board of directors of the Better Business Bureau serving Upstate New York selected Warren Clark as the organization's new president, Clark began his affiliation with the BBB first as a small business member of Brownies Army & Navy store on Main Street in Buffalo, and then as owner of Uniform Namemakers Company, a national embroidery business. In 1979 he became a BBB board director and later became treasurer. In 2010 Clark became a member of the staff. He is a Binghamton University graduate.?

The Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy elected Florence Johnson chair of the board of trustees for 2012. Johnson is a life long educator who currently sits on the City of Buffalo School Board and is the director of the Bridge Program at Buffalo State College. Other officers are: vice chair elect, Kevin Kelly; treasurer, Philip C. Kadet; and secretary, Judy Dean.?

Leadership Buffalo awarded Dr. Michael W. Cropp the 2012 Community Impact Award, for his leadership and many contributions to the Western New York community. Dr. Cropp, president and CEO of Independent Health, was chosen for his commitment to improving the health of people in Western New York, and his work with other community leaders to foster health engagement.

?Our Lady of Victory Homes of Charity appointed Melinda E. Buckley chief financial officer. Buckley, who has a master's degree from St. Bonaventure University, is also an adjunct instructor in the University at Buffalo School of Public Health and Health Professions.

Rigidized Metals Corporation promoted Stan Brozyna to vice president of operations. Brozyna, a 40-year veteran with the company, was director of operations. He is a graduate of Erie Community College and the University at Buffalo.

?Kideney Architects promoted Douglas L. Morlock to executive associate. Morlock is currently serving as project manager on several projects. He is a registered architect in the State of New York and holds a bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo.?

Performance Management Partners appointed Laura Blain vice president of development. Blain rejoined the company after spending three years with Graphic Controls as director of Global Human Resources. She is a certified general industry trainer for OSHA, a graduate of the Harvard Business School program of Western New York and earned her Six Sigma certifications through the University at Buffalo. ??McGuire Development Company appointed Sean Doyle senior facility manager. Doyle was a senior facility manager at Jones Lang LaSalle. He is a University at Oswego graduate with a master's degree from Canisius College. Also, the company appointed John Krebs senior construction and facilities manager. Krebs was a regional property manager at DDR Corp. He is a Cornell University graduate.

The Niagara Lutheran Health System named Lori Hannon director of marketing and senior living. Hannon has served as marketing assistant, marketing director and senior living director for GreenField Manor and Court, the organization's residential and assisted living apartments for the past 10 years. She is a Buffalo State College graduate.

?Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP has named Sarah L. Rugnetta an associate counsel. Rugnetta previously was assistant general counsel in the health care division for the State of Vermont's Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration. She is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and University at Buffalo Law School.

Mid City Office Furniture named Jack Sciuto an interior designer at its office solutions company located in the Tri-Main Center in Buffalo. Sciuto earned a bachelor's degree from Villa Maria College. He most recently worked at Canon Design.
