Meanwhile, the Frewsburg baseball team takes on Section IV's Lansing, who defeated III-South Lewis 8-2, at 1 p.m. Saturday.
"It's a good feeling that our team has right now," Frewsburg coach Jay Grann said. "Our kids have worked hard and are now reaping the benefits."
The Bears' Thad Johnson, who has 199 career hits, went 3 for 4 with a triple while Connor Grey pitched five innings and struck out 10.
Frewsburg (20-4), which has captured six consecutive Section VI championships, has won 19 of its last 20 games.
"There always expectations coming into the season but the players really didn't feel a lot of pressure this year," Grann said. "They just went out and played ball."
