Great Lakes Medical Imaging will provide free low-dose spiral CT scans for the screening of ?lung cancer. The service is limited to former or current smokers with a history of heavy smoking (equivalent of a pack a day for 30 years). Patients must visit their personal physician to determine if they are eligible and obtain a referral. The scan is painless, fast and easy.
