Monday, 7 p.m.: Wordflight Series reading featuring Helen Ruggieri and Irene Sipos. Ruggieri, who lives in Allegany County, is the author of six books, including the poetry collections "Glimmer Girls" (Mayapple Press), "Concrete Madonna," and "Rock City Hill Exercises." She has taught at the University of Pittsburgh in Bradford, Pa., and in the Arts in Education Program in Cattaraugus, Allegany and Chautauqua counties. Sipos is a widely published poet and prose writer who has taught composition at Buffalo State College and is currently a full-time lecturer in Buffalo State's College Writing Program.
