It's tea time
Take a break and a step back in time at a special program coming at noon Wednesday to the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site, 641 Delaware Ave.
"Dressing for Tea," presented by the Costume Resource Center, will offer a glimpse of the elegant fashions worn to afternoon tea during the first four decades of the 20th century, including underpinnings, dresses, hats and accessories.
The event, which includes a Victorian-style afternoon tea, will take place in the site's Carriage House gallery. The cost is $25 per person and reservations are required. Call 884-0095.
