PHOTOGRAPHER TALK: The University at Buffalo's "Fluid Culture" art program will be featured Saturday in the New York Power Authority's Power Vista, 5777 Lewiston Road. At 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Grand Island artist Paula Sciuk will discuss her photo set, now on display at the Power Vista as part of the yearlong UB series. The talks and the exhibit are free.
