Finger Lakes Technologies Group, a voice, data, video, Internet and wireless technologies provider to industries and institutions, named Quinton Parke-Thomas a presales engineer. Parke-Thomas previously served as a presales networking engineer and an ADTRAN advocate at Ingram Micro.

The University at Buffalo Office of Science, Technology Transfer and Economic Outreach named Penny Turrell patent paralegal and compliance specialist. Turrell was previously IP specialist/contract administrator at Praxair. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo and an associate's degree from Niagara County Community College.

Saint-Gobain ADFORS, a fiberglass textiles company located on Grand Island, appointed Craig Toth director, supply chain, and Timothy Horner global product manager.
