Washington, D.C., 30.5 million units of limited partnership, priced $23 to $25, managed by J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Credit Suisse. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CG. Business: Global alternative asset management firm with $147 billion assets under management.


EverBank Financial Corp.

Jacksonville, Fla., 25.2 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol EVER. Business: Financial services company providing banking, lending and investing products to 575,000 customers.


Pacific Coast Oil Trust

Austin, Texas, 17.5 million trust units, priced $19 to $21, managed by Barclays, Citigroup, and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed NYSE symbol ROYT. Business: Formed by Pacific Coast Energy to own net profits interests in oil and natural gas wells.


PetroLogistics LP

Houston, 35 million units of limited partnership, priced $19 to $21, managed by Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and UBS. Proposed NYSE symbol PDH. Business: Operates the world's largest propane dehydrogenation facility, which processes propane into propylene.
