Rosie Domes will be the guest speaker at a brunch meeting of the Northtowns Christian Women's Connection at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Christ United Methodist Church, 350 Saratoga Road, Snyder. Her talk is titled "Dreams to Reality." The special feature will be a free-will offering jewelry exchange where guests bring in old unwanted jewelry to exchange for a new piece.

Beechwood Service Guild will meet at 10:30 a.m. May 2 in the residence. Carmarie Dancers will give a performance, followed by installation of officers for the 2012-13 season.

Those officers are: president, Carol Aleksandrovs; vice president, Shirley Bennett; treasurer, Celia Pilbrow; recording secretary, Marlene Morrison; corresponding secretary, Susan Wolf; membership, Sally McGrath; devotions, Subitha Nesarajah; projects, Irene Fekete; public relations, Janice Rhinehart; hospitality, Andrea McCallum; birthdays, Thelma Forden; and bazaar, Rhinehart.

The guild will conclude the season with its annual spring tea at 2 p.m. June 6. The tea will be hosted by Hamburg United Methodist Church.

Greater Buffalo Alumnae Panhellenic will have a meeting at noon May 2 in Family Tree Restaurant, 4346 Bailey Ave., Amherst. President Linda Harbison, a delegate of Delta Gamma, will conduct the meeting.

The Springville Country Club Women's Golf Association will hold its season opening dinner at 6:30 p.m. May 3. For reservations, call Tim Pike at 592-4334, Ext.112.

The club also is planning a golf clinic and hospitality mixer for May 10.

Church Women United of the Tonawandas will celebrate May Friendship Day at 9:30 a.m. May 4 in Pendleton Center United Methodist Church, 6864 Campbell Blvd., North Tonawanda. The theme is "Listening to My Sisters."

The Meditation Singers with Mary, Tom and Nancy Moore will make a guest appearance. The ladies of the host church will serve breakfast after the program that was planned by Carol Iniolo.

Past presidents of the Temple Beth Zedek Sisterhood will present their annual "Mothers & Others" dinner and musical celebration May 10 in the temple's Lippa Family Auditorium. Dinner at 6 p.m. will precede a musical program by Sarah Natalie Rodman. Wine and dinner will be served. Elaine Brothman and Carolyn Kershanbaum are co-chairwomen.

The cost is $31, $36 for patrons. Reservations are being taken by Ms. Brothman at 832-4679. Reservations and checks must be received by May 6.

Clarence Women's Club will hold its 49th annual scholarship card and game night at 6:30 p.m. May 8 in Clarence Town Park Clubhouse, 10405 Main St. Adults are invited to bring their favorite board or card games. Tickets are $5 and include door prizes, strawberry shortcake and beverages. A silent auction also will be held.

Chairwoman Kathie McGinley will be assisted by committee members Sandy Smith and Sylvia Hair. Proceeds will go toward scholarships for Clarence High School seniors. For more information, call 759-9797.
